With zero gravity, you can easily reach high spots and not worry about falling, though it’s more like a “flying” mode.
Disabling fall damage in CS2 is mainly for training. For instance, when practicing risky boosts or run boosts, you can repeat attempts without losing the spot or wasting time on a new round. Just remember to readjust to standard physics afterward, so you don’t accidentally jump from too high in a real match and end up dying at the worst moment.
