<p>Gentle Mates is a French organization founded on April 13, 2023. The organization was created by former professional Call of Duty players Corentin Houssein “Gotaga” and Kevin Georges “Brawks”, along with video creator Lucas Adrien Hauchard, also known as Squeezie.<br>The club entered Counter-Strike on August 25, 2025, when it signed the Spanish Iberian Soul roster. <p>G2 Esports is one of the most recognizable organisations in Counter-Strike. The club’s HQ is in Berlin. The organisation was founded in February 2014 by Carlos Rodríguez Santiago and Jens Hilgers. The first name was Gamers 2, but later, in October 2015, the team got its current name — G2.</p><p>G2 entered Counter-Strike on 11 September 2015, when it signed the Team Kinguin roster. <p>The MongolZ are a team from Mongolia. The org was founded in August 2013, and their Counter-Strike roster launched in 2015.</p><p>For a long time, the team mostly played in the Asian region. But in the CS2 era, the boys leveled up hard and started regularly making it to big LANs. Their loudest breakout was the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 final and winning Esports World Cup 2025—one of those moments where a “regional” team suddenly shows up on the top tier and proves they’ve got the skill.</p><h2>The Mongolz achievements</h2><p>The MongolZ haven’t been stacking dozens of trophies every year, but they&nbsp;do have real big results. different rosters. The team didn’t always stay stable on the world stage, but almost every reshuffle gave them a new shot—and in the end, it pushed the org to top results in CS2.</p><h3>First roster achievements</h3><p>The first Counter-Strike roster appeared in 2015. It included: zilkenberg, maaRaa, fRost, nuka, and tsogoo. Right after the roster was formed, they tried to qualify for ESL One: Cologne 2015 through the Asian qualifier. But they didn’t pull off an upset, and finished only 5th–8th in the qualifiers. After that, the org decided to focus on local tournaments, which The Mongolz played for three years. Their best results in that period were wins at Intel Extreme Masters X - Taipei and ASUS ROG Masters 2016, plus a 7th–8th finish at ESL Pro League Season 7 - Asia-Pacific.</p><h3>2019–2022 roster</h3><p>In early May 2019, The MongolZ decided to return to the global scene. They signed a lineup with Machinegun, maaRaa, neuz, temk4wow, and Annihilation, then headed into the qualifiers for StarLadder Berlin Major 2019. They didn’t make it through, which eventually led to the organization disbanding.</p><p>In 2022, there was another attempt to conquer Counter-Strike. This time the lineup included ncl, Tsogoo, Machinegun, MagnumZ, starDUST, with Noks as coach. After six months, the squad managed to win Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 2: Challenger Division, but the main tournament was a flop. That again ended in a breakup. After that, The MongolZ returned to the world stage in 2023, starting to compete in Counter-Strike 2.</p>

First, the org built a roster around CIS players and slowly got into shape in online leagues and mid-level tournaments. Then came a period where the team started hitting top finishes more often and taking trophies.</p><p>And in spring 2025, Aurora made their loudest move: the org switched direction and built a core of Turkish players (the core came from Eternal Fire). With this five, the team started consistently fighting top squads and putting up steady results.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>Aurora’s first roster gave the team a solid старт: they built a base and won their first medals. The organisation went through two different rosters in a single summer in 2025: first, a French-speaking lineup with several well-known names from the European CS2 scene, and then a younger, more ready-made core from NAVI’s academy system.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>FUT’s first roster was built around Audric “JACKZ” Jug, Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom, Kevin “misutaaa” Rabier, David “devoduvek” Dobrosavljevic and Etienne “drac” Salon, with François-Xavier “falco” Collinet as head coach. This was the lineup with which the organisation officially entered Counter-Strike on May 26th, 2025.</p><p>This roster did not win any major trophies, but it still did its job. The team quickly put the FUT tag on the map in Europe, drew attention thanks to several familiar names and showed that the club had entered CS2 for real. One of its early results was a 5th-6th place finish at Intel epic45.</p><p>Another interesting detail was Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, who was introduced as the team’s sixth player and content creator.</p><h3>2025 roster</h3><p>On August 1st, 2025, the club signed the ex-NAVI Junior core: Dmitry “dem0n” Miroshnichenko, Nikita “cmtry” Samoletov, Dziugas “dziugss” Steponavicius, Aulon “Krabeni” Fazlia and coach Andras “coolio” Ferchak. Later, on August 22nd, Lavrentiy “lauNX” Tsyrlea joined the team. This version of the lineup turned out to be the perfect fit for FUT.</p><p>The new roster clicked fast. The team won Exort The Proving Grounds Season 4, Galaxy Battle 2025 Phase 5 and DraculaN Season 3, reached the final of DreamHack Knockout Stockholm 2025, and in 2026 qualified for IEM Kraków, PGL Cluj-Napoca and the ESL Pro League Season 23 Finals. At EPL, the lineup made the top 4, which still stands as the club’s best result in CS2 so far.</p>

<p>MOUZ was founded on 24 March 2002 in Berlin, and from day one it was all about Counter-Strike. The org grew out of the German lineup mystical lambda, and later became one of the most recognisable tags in Europe. In October 2021, the club refreshed its branding and locked in the shorter name&nbsp;MOUZ instead of the old&nbsp;mousesports. Today, the HQ is in Hamburg, Germany, and the project’s biggest strength is finding young talent and getting them ready for LANs against the very best.</p><h2>MOUZ achievements</h2><p>MOUZ has a long history, but in recent years the tag has been showing up in finals again on a regular basis. In some eras the lineup leaned on experience; in others, it bet on youth. The main idea was almost always the same: roles matter more than names.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>In the early 2000s, mousesports played Counter-Strike 1.5 and 1.6. As early as 2002, the team took bronze at WCG, and by the end of that season it had two third-place finishes at big events, for a combined total of around $11,000 in prize money.</p><p>The loudest trophy of that early era was the win at&nbsp;Intel Extreme Masters Season II World Championship in 2008, worth $50,000. Later, mousesports also picked up titles at European LANs, including&nbsp;GameGune 2009.</p><h3>The 2019–2021 roster</h3><p>In 2019, the club built a new five around&nbsp;<a href="/players/ropz" target="_self">ropz</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;chrisJ, adding IGL&nbsp;<a href="/players/karrigan" target="_self">karrigan</a>, AWPer&nbsp;<a href="/players/woxic" target="_self">woxic</a>, and the young&nbsp;<a href="/players/frozen" target="_self">frozen</a>. The roles clicked, and the team hit form fast.</p><p>Late 2019 was remembered for a win streak that included&nbsp;ESL Pro League Season 10 Finals,&nbsp;cs_summit 5, and&nbsp;CS:GO Asia Championships. Back then, MOUZ was strong at reading mid-round situations and wasn’t afraid to win off pure grit.</p><p>After that, the roster shifted. In 2020,&nbsp;woxic was benched and&nbsp;<a href="/players/bymas" target="_self">Bymas</a>&nbsp;joined the team. In 2021, they signed&nbsp;dexter as the IGL and&nbsp;<a href="/players/acor" target="_self">acoR</a>&nbsp;as the AWPer. That period set the stage for the next wave of young CS2 talent.</p>

Brazil

<p>Legacy is a Brazilian CS2 organization. In 2023, part of the roster and staff split off from 00 Nation’s Brazilian division and regrouped under a new tag (for a while, the team played as Fake Natty).</p><p>Since forming, this lineup has already popped up on the pro scene, playing in more than 50 tournaments. Among them, it is worth highlighting the first 1.6 and GO rosters, as well as the players who represented the organisation from 2019 to 2022.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>The team was founded by Tommy “Potti” Ingemarsson and Emil “HeatoN” Christensen. In the early 2000s, their squad was one of the best in Counter-Strike according to GotFrag. <p>Heroic is one of the best-known tags in esports, with its Counter-Strike 2 division being the organisation’s main team. The company was founded on August 26th, 2016, in Denmark. Its first roster was built in CS:GO from players who had previously played for SK Gaming. On top of that, the team took silver at the League of Sharks CS:GO Championship and grabbed bronze at Northern Arena 2016 in Toronto. All of them made their own contribution to the growth of the organisation and helped it reach where it is today: a top-5 Counter-Strike team in the world.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>The first Counter-Strike roster included players such as Luken, nhl, nbl, gAtito, and kun. Hellpa was the coach of that team. However, that five-man lineup did not manage to achieve any major success. Unfortunately, it failed to qualify for any big tournaments and had to settle for playing in local South American events.</p><h3>2019–2022 roster</h3><p>Between 2019 and 2022, the team featured two players from the current roster. Those were Franco Garcia “dgt” and Maximiliano Gonzalez, who was playing under the nickname “maxujas” at the time. Alongside them were Bruno Lima “BIT”, Santino Rigal “try”, and Rajohn Gregory “EaTor”. This was the version of 9z that earned the team its first success on the world stage. They got their first international win at Blast Premier 2020, won CCT Season 1 South America Series #8 and CCT Season 1 South America Series #5. But their biggest win came at FiReLEAGUE 2022: Argentinian League, where they took the top prize of 1.5 million Argentine pesos.</p>

<p>NRG is a US-registered esports org. Its head office is in Los Angeles, California. The company has multiple teams across different games. One of the main ones is the division that competes in Counter-Strike.</p><p>The organization’s story started in November 2015, and its CS run began in January 2016. The CS:GO roster played actively until September 2019, after which it was bought out by Evil Geniuses. <p>Team Vitality started in France in 2013. The organisation was founded by Fabien “Neo” Devide and Nicolas Maurer. For a young club, that was a solid start and its first real boost in visibility.</p><h3>The 2019-2022 roster</h3><p>The 2019 to 2022 period was one of the most successful in paiN’s history. At different points, the team featured Arthur “f4stzin” Schmitt, Wesley “hardzao” Lopes, Felipe “skullz” Medeiros, Romeu “zevy” Rocco, Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt, Gabriel “nython” Lino, and Rafael “saffee” Costa. Bruno “ellllll” Ono worked with the team, and in November 2021, Henrique “rikz” Waku joined paiN’s staff and started working alongside ellllll. At PGL Major Stockholm 2021, Felippe “felippe1” Martinez temporarily took over coaching duties at the event because ellllll could not attend.</p><p>This was the roster that brought paiN a string of strong results: wins at Gamers Club Liga Profissional: May 2019, Gamers Club Masters III, Brasil Game Cup 2019, ESEA Season 35: Open Division — North America, DreamHack Open January 2021: North America, BLAST Premier: Spring American Showdown 2022, ESL Challenger League Season 41: North America, and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022. <p>B8 is an esports org that launched in Ukraine in 2021. It was founded by Ivano Mamchur, who currently serves as CEO, and Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, the The International 2011 champion. In the past, the team played in a few different esports titles, but in recent years it decided to fully focus on Counter-Strike.</p><p>The CS2 team regularly plays in different tournaments—there have already been over a hundred since the team started. In some of them, B8 managed to place high, which has helped them earn more than $400,000 in prize money so far.</p><h2>B8 achievements</h2><p>B8 has been playing on the pro scene since 2021. <p>TYLOO is a Chinese esports organization founded in 2007. The club entered Counter-Strike in 2009 and, over time, became one of the biggest names on the Asian scene. In Chinese CS, the TYLOO name has meant a lot for years, and the team is often called one of the pioneers of the local pro scene.</p><p>Over the years, TYLOO has played hundreds of matches and tournaments, from regional leagues to big international events. The team has not always stayed close to the world’s top sides, but it has almost always remained an important force in Asia. Then, in the summer of 2025, the roster won FISSURE Playground #1, which became TYLOO’s first big LAN trophy outside Asia.</p><h2>TYLOO Achievements</h2><p>TYLOO is a team with a long history. The company is currently headquartered in Berlin, and its main division is its Counter-Strike team. Over the years, the organisation has picked up multiple awards from esports media outlets. The standout eras are the original lineup and the players who represented the team from 2019 to 2022.</p><h3>Achievements of the first lineup</h3><p>The founders and first players of the team were Fatih "gob b" Dayik, Nikola "LEGIJA" Ninic and Johannes "tabseN" Wodarz. They were later joined by Johannes "nex" Maget and Kevin "keev" Bartholomaeus, who came over from mousesports (MOUZ) and ALTERNATE aTTaX. With that lineup, the team took silver at DreamHack Open Leipzig 2017 and also won iGame Winter Invitational, ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2017 and Europe Minor Championship - Krakow 2017, earning their first prize money.</p><h3>The 2019-2022 lineup</h3><p>From 2019 to 2022, players such as XANTARES (Ismailcan Dörtkardeş), syrsoN (Florian Rische), k1to (Nils Gruhne), gade (Nicklas Gade), tabseN (Johannes Wodarz) and others played for BIG. Step by step, they kept winning and made the Berlin International Gaming (BIG) name even bigger. During that stretch, the team won gold at DreamHack Open Leipzig 2020, #HomeSweetHome: Week 1 and #HomeSweetHome: Week 2, DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: Europe, DreamHack Open Summer 2020: Europe, Funspark ULTI 2020 and Roobet Cup 2022. BIG also received the "Best National Team" award twice from the German CS:GO portal 99damage.</p>

<p>BC.Game launched its Counter-Strike roster on June 25, 2024. The team got started by signing Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovac as coach. First of all, it is worth highlighting the first roster, as well as the 2025 roster.</p><h3>Achievements of the first roster</h3><p>BC.Game’s first full roster was formed on July 1, 2024. It included Guy Trakhtman “anarkez”, Aleksandr Kyulukoski “CacaNito”, Joel Holmlund “joel”, Jonas Olofsson “Lekr0” and Luka Voit “pr1metapz”, while Ladislav Kovac “GuardiaN” became the coach. Lekr0 played as the IGL, anarkez was the team’s AWPer, and the others filled the rifler roles. The team was only starting to build chemistry, so this lineup did not take any big wins. The biggest story from that time was the match against B8 at CCT Season 2 Europe Series 7, after which joel was removed from the team because of a ban from Akros.</p><h3>2025 roster</h3><p>After Oleksandr Kostyliev “s1mple” joined on July 28, 2025, the team looked completely different in terms of star power. In the period after July 31, the roster featured Nemanja Isakovic “nexa”, pr1metapz, CacaNito, s1mple and Andreas Maasing “aNdu”, while Luka Vukovic “emi” worked as coach for a short stretch. This roster delivered quickly: it reached the final of Exort The Proving Grounds Season 3, and in September it won ESL Challenger League Season 50 Cup 2, which was BC.Game’s first tournament win with s1mple. In autumn, the lineup changes continued, and on October 18 electroNic joined the team.</p>
