Fritz “slaxz-” Dietrich entered professional esports in 2017. He began his Counter-Strike career with Planetkey Dynamics, although he didn’t achieve major success with the team. His best result was a 7th place finish at the 99Liga S8 Div. 1 tournament. Afterward, he played for several lesser-known mixes, one of which reached the final of the Stream.me Gauntlet - CIS vs EU #21.
His first real success came at the end of 2018 when he joined the team Berzerk. With this roster, Fritz secured bronze at the 99Liga Season 10: Division 1. He quickly became one of the standout players, catching the attention of ALTERNATE aTTaX, which he joined in January 2019. With ALTERNATE aTTaX, Dietrich collected a series of titles. The most notable included first-place finishes at ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2019, Esportal Global 2019: German Finals, ESL Meisterschaft: Summer 2019 - League, 99Liga Season 12: Division 1 - Regular Season, ESEA Season 33: Advanced Division - Europe, and Eden Arena: Malta Vibes - Week 2. He also became a runner-up at ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2019 - League, 99Liga Season 13: Division 1, and Merkur Masters Season 2, and reached the semifinals of ESL Meisterschaft: Summer 2019.
In January 2021, Fritz moved to Sprout and continued to build an impressive resume. Together with the team, he won titles at UNITED Pro Series Winter 2020, European Development Championship Season 2, ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2021, ESL Meisterschaft: Autumn 2021, UNITED Pro Series Summer 2021, ESEA Season 39: Premier Division - Europe, and ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022. He also placed second at the ESL National Championships Global Playoffs: Spring 2021 and ESL Meisterschaft: Autumn 2022, and earned bronze at ESL Challenger League Season 43: Europe and Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: European RMR A.
At the start of 2023, Fritz rejoined ALTERNATE aTTaX, but the results were more modest this time. Over ten months, he managed to earn a few silver medals at tournaments such as ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2023 and CCT Season 1 Central Europe Series #7.
In November 2023, Fritz signed with M80, marking the most successful stretch of his career. While with the team, he secured championship titles at ESEA Cash Cup: North America - Autumn 2023 #6, ESL Challenger League Season 46: North America, Thunderpick World Championship 2024: North American Series #1, ESL Challenger League Season 47 and 48: North America, and Ace North American Masters Spring 2025. He also finished as runner-up at Ace North American Masters Fall 2024 and ICE Invitational 2025, and placed 6th at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: American RMR. Currently, Fritz “slaxz-” Dietrich continues to play for M80 as the team’s AWPer.
