Monte is an esports organisation founded in Ukraine. The club was founded by Dmytro Vovk in 2022, and Volodymyr Veletniuk “Woro2k” was one of the key players and, for a long time, one of the lineup’s leaders.
The organisation competes in Counter-Strike and regularly plays in pro-scene tournaments. During its time in the scene, Monte has put up strong results, including a quarter-final run at BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023; a 3rd-4th place finish at ESL Pro League Season 18; and a win at ESL Challenger Jönköping 2023 (the team’s first LAN title).

History of Monte rosters
Monte has not been around for that long, but even in that time the club has already had several lineups that shaped its path in CS.
Achievements of the first roster
The first lineup was assembled on July 26, 2022. It included Karol “rallen” Rodowicz, Joel “joel” Holmlund, Hristiyan “REDSTAR” Pironkov, Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletniuk, and Mohammad “BOROS” Malhas. The coach of that lineup was Aidyn “KrizzeN” Turlybekov.
Its first notable results were 2nd place at CCT Season 1 South Europe Series #1 and 2nd place at ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Summer 2022 #5.
2023-2024 roster
Monte hit its peak from 2023 to 2024. The lineup featured Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev, Volodymyr “Woro2k” Veletniuk, Serhii “DemQQ” Demchenk, Mohammad “BOROS” Malhas, and Szymon “kRaSnaL” Mrozek. The coach of that roster was Serhii “lmbt” Bezhanov. The team finished 3rd-4th at ESL Pro League Season 18, 2nd at Roobet Cup 2023, 3rd-4th at Thunderpick World Championship 2023, and 7th-8th at IEM Sydney 2023.
