Lynn Vision — a CS2 esports team

Lynn Vision is an esports organisation founded in China in 2016. Its Counter-Strike roster was put together on May 24th, 2017. The team does not often make it to international events, but it regularly plays in qualifiers for big tournaments. On top of that, the squad is a steady name in Asian events and often finishes in the prize spots.

Lynn Vision has not picked up any major wins on the European stage at top-tier events. In Asia, though, this squad is one of the stronger teams, playing in different tournaments on a regular basis and often landing prize finishes. History of Lynn Vision rosters

Lynn Vision has been part of the Counter-Strike pro scene for more than eight years. During that time, quite a few players have gone through the main lineup. Some were only known in smaller circles, while others are familiar to pretty much anyone who follows CS. Below, we’ll look at who played in the team’s first roster and who was part of the main lineup from 2019 to 2022.

Achievements of the first roster

The first Lynn Vision lineup featured the following players: Niu “westmelon” Zhe, Tianjie “Rgg” Wang, Xian “JXS” Jin, Zhixin “Tserof” Chen, and Zhendong “Not7” Mo. This five-man lineup delivered the organisation’s first real results. They won silver at WESG 2017 China - Jinan, took first place at WESG 2019 China: Northern Circuit - Beijing, WESG 2019 China: Northern Circuit, and WESG 2019 Greater China, and also picked up bronze at Nantong Silk Road Esports Invitational 2019.

2020-2022 roster

From 2020 to 2022, the Counter-Strike division featured different players at different times, including: “KKE” Yufan Guo, Not7, “Mr.Mao” Yinan Wang, “aree” Zhen Long, “XinKoiNg” Zhouxing Cai, “V4D1M” Vadim Panchuk, “B1Ngo” Xuebin Dai, and “Kayo” Jiajin Xu. They stuck to the same game plan and brought the organisation plenty more trophies. The biggest highlights include first-place finishes at Huya DarkHorse League Season 1, NEXT PRO Season 1, ThunderFire Asia Championships, CS:GO_ProHouse Wuxi Villa Cup Season 2, Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 2: Professional Division, and ESL Challenger League Season 42: Asia-Pacific, along with runner-up finishes at CS:GO_ProHouse Wuxi Villa Cup Season 1 and eXTREMESLAND Festival 2022.
