How the CS CASE Case System Works

The case catalog is one of the biggest parts of CS CASE. It is split into several categories: Cheap, Popular, Anime, Mystery, Premium, Containers, 1%, Farms, Limited Series, Collections, The Armory, and standard CS2 cases.

Prices vary a lot between categories. Here are a few current examples:

There are also Valve-style cases. At the time of our check, Fracture cost 99 ₽, Revolution Case was 129 ₽, Kilowatt Case was 169 ₽, Operation Hydra was 349 ₽, and Operation Bravo was 1,499 ₽.

Drop Odds and Case Contents

Each case page shows the skins that can drop, along with the drop chance and value of every item. This means you can see how rare a skin is before opening the case.

The gap between the odds for common and expensive items can be huge. For example, the AK-47 Fire Serpent Farm case listed a 0.002% chance of getting a Factory New Fire Serpent, while the chance for a Nova Caged Steel was 39.35%. If you're after a specific skin, it makes sense to check the odds first instead of opening the case just for the sake of it.

What We Tested

To keep the test balanced, we set a budget of 30,000 ₽. We picked four cases: one cheap case, one mid-priced case, one premium case, and one expensive case. This kept the entire budget from going into a single high-priced case.

With this setup, enough of the budget remains to test the other modes instead of spending everything on cases. The case prices were taken directly from the platform's catalog.

Extra Modes Beyond Case Opening

Five additional modes use the same balance and inventory.

Upgrades

Upgrades let you put up site balance or skins for a chance to get one more expensive target skin. You can add between 1 and 7 items to the panel, with a minimum total of 20 ₽. Before you confirm, the platform shows the value of the target item and your chance of success.

The success chance can range from 0% up to a maximum of 90%. At the time of our latest check, more than 11,000 target skins were available. If the upgrade fails, you lose the amount or items you put in.

Terminals

Terminals are an exclusive CS CASE mode that had logged 515,000 launches at the time of our check. The mode shows random items one after another.

You can pass on the item offered and try again until you reach the set limit. If you use all your attempts, you receive the last item shown.

Bonus Wheel

The wheel can be spun once per day, with access linked to subscribing to the site's news. There is no charge for the spin. Compared with paid cases, the prizes here are relatively small.

Giveaways

To enter a giveaway, you need to make a deposit of the required amount. Your account is then entered into the draw for a specific skin. Each account gets one entry, and the winner is selected once the timer runs out. These giveaway rooms often have around 100 participants, so the entry cost and the prize itself are both worth considering.

Promotions

The homepage offers a +10% deposit bonus, while a promo code on the deposit page gives you a free case. Access to free cases depends on how much you have deposited over the previous 48 hours.

The CS CASE Telegram channel has around 8.4K subscribers. Giveaways and codes are posted there every day, including codes such as TGBON and CSGO5. Codes from older blog posts usually no longer work.

Deposits, Steam Skin Withdrawals and Account Rules

The Add Balance page is the main section for funding your account. CS CASE officially supports deposits with skins, G2A and Kinguin prepaid codes, as well as promo codes that can be applied during a deposit.

If a deposit has not appeared after around 20 minutes, CS CASE recommends contacting support.

There are also two account rules to keep in mind. Making a deposit activates Steam skin withdrawals and certain other features for 30 days. A skin that has not been sold or withdrawn within 24 hours may also be automatically sold for site balance.

Why We Rated CS CASE 8.9/10

Our team gave CS CASE an 8.9/10 because it performs well in the areas that matter most for a CS2 case site: drop odds are displayed, there is a large selection of cases, skins can be withdrawn to Steam, and several extra modes let you use the items you get.
