Mareks 'YEKINDAR' Galinskis entered the professional Counter-Strike scene in 2017. At the beginning of his career, he played with Wolsung, where he didn't achieve significant results, and soon after, he moved to Elements Pro Gaming. With this roster, YEKINDAR won gold medals at the interLAN 2017, Vreecase Cup #2, and Stream.me Gauntlet - CIS vs EU #17 tournaments.
2018 was also a successful year for Mareks. During the first half, he continued to compete with Elements Pro Gaming and won silver at QIWI TEAM PLAY: Winter 2017 and Stream.me Gauntlet - CIS vs EU #19, as well as bronze at the St. Petersburg Cybersport Festival "Defender" tournament.
Despite these successes, in June, Mareks was moved to the bench, and by August, he decided to leave the team. Afterward, he played for several organizations, but he didn't manage to achieve any significant success with them. However, in 2019, Galinskis signed with pro100, which allowed him to get back on track.
Together with his new team, he won silver at ESEA Season 30: Advanced Division - Europe and the CIS Esports Pro Championship, gold at HardCup, DreamHack Delhi Invitational 2019, and Qi Banja Luka 2019, and reached the finals of FACEIT Pro League - Europe: January 2020 and FACEIT Pro League - Europe: March 2020.
In the summer of 2020, Galinskis joined Virtus.pro, where he continued to conquer new horizons. He won gold at Intel Extreme Masters XV - New York Online: CIS, DreamHack Open December 2020, and ESL Challenger #48, and secured silver medals at EPIC CIS League Spring 2021 and Intel Extreme Masters XV - World Championship tournaments.
In July 2022, YEKINDAR signed with Team Liquid, where he played until the end of December 2024, when he was placed on the bench. With Liquid, he became a champion at Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: American RMR, PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: North American Open Qualifier #1, Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2024: North American Open Qualifier #1, and Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2024: North American Qualifier. He also won silver at Esports World Cup 2024: North American Qualifier and Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2024: North American Qualifier.
