Junbing "Tiger" Zhen, Chinese professional CS2 player, currently plays for Rare Atom.
Junbing “Tiger” Zhen is a professional esports player from China. He is an experienced competitor in the Counter-Strike 2 scene, with over 4 years on the professional stage. During this time, he has participated in more than 50 tournaments with various teams, playing over 100 matches and earning around $3,000 in prize money.
Zhen began his professional career in May 2021 by joining the team Reece. With this roster, he placed 3rd in the closed qualifier for Reece and later finished 3rd-4th in the tournament's main stage, securing his first prize winnings. He then transferred to ZFGaming, but his stint there was short-lived — after just two tournaments, he left the roster and temporarily paused his career. He remained inactive from July 2021 to March 2022. In March, he joined Let’s Go and earned a bronze medal at the DouyuTV Spark Challenge Season 2, before once again stepping away from the game.
Tiger made his return to the pro scene in July 2023 when he accepted an offer from ChaoRan Gaming. With them, he won silver medals at the 5E Open Cup: June 2022 and July 2022, and placed 3rd-4th at the 5E Open Cup: August 2022.
Following these achievements, Zhen joined Oriental Xeon, where he continued to collect accolades. With the team, he became the runner-up at Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 3: Brave Division, took gold at ESEA Season 43: Open Division - Asia-Pacific, and placed 6th at Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 3: Challenger Division.
At the start of 2023, Tiger left the team to accept an offer from NewHappy. He adapted quickly and immediately made an impact. He helped win multiple tournaments, including:
ESEA Cash Cup: Asia - Spring 2023 #1, #6, #7,
ESEA Pre-Season Circuit 2023: Asian Final,
Huya PangHu Cup Season 2,
as well as securing 1st-2nd place finishes at Arena Premier League Season 5: Challenger Division and Huya PangHu Cup Season 2: Preliminary Stage, and silver medals at ESEA Cash Cup: Asia - Spring 2023 #2 (twice), plus a bronze at ESL Challenger League Season 45: Asia-Pacific.
He remained with NewHappy until May 2024, after which he left the team and once again took a break. He returned to competitive play in February 2025, joining DogEvil. With this roster, he claimed gold at the Asia Junior League Season 1 and silver at ESEA Season 52: Open Division - Asia.
The player’s career went quiet once again until late July 2025, when Rare Atom extended an offer. Tiger signed the contract but has yet to debut with the new team.
