Florian "syrson" Rische began his journey as a professional cyber athlete in 2012 with CS:GO. Early in his career, he joined gamed!de, where he achieved his first successes, securing 1st and 4th place at the ESL Pro Series Germany Winter 2012 tournament. However, after that, Florian’s career stalled.
In 2013, the cyber athlete barely participated in professional tournaments. From 2014 onward, he started to appear more frequently on the professional scene but didn’t achieve significant success. It wasn’t until 2015 that Rische tasted victory once again. He joined PENTA Sports and helped the team win the 99Damage Arena 6 tournament.
In 2016, Florian signed with ALTERNATE aTTaX, securing 1st and 4th places in ESEA Season 22: Premier Division - Europe and ESEA Season 22: Global Challenge, as well as gold medals in the Hitbox Challenger Cup #2 and eSports World Convention 2016. Additionally, during his time with the team, Florian won gold in 99Liga S6 Div. 1 and the ESL Meisterschaft: Winter 2017, and took home a bronze medal at the GG.BET Majestic tournament.
In December 2017, Rische left the team, and at the beginning of 2019, he joined Sprout. With this team, he won silver medals at Charleroi Esports 2019, Games Clash Masters 2019, and DreamHack Open Atlanta 2019. In January 2020, Florian moved to BIG, where he spent more than three years. During his time with BIG, he won several major tournaments, including the ESL Pro League Season 12: European Qualifier, PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR - Open Qualifier #3, Intel Extreme Masters XVII - Dallas: European Open Qualifier #2, and Coinbase Summer Cup August 2022.
In August 2023, Florian decided to relocate and joined 00 Nation. As a member of this team, he claimed victories at the Pinnacle Cup V and European Pro League Season 11. In January 2024, the cyber athlete received an offer to return to BIG and accepted it. As part of the team, he now plays as a sniper. However, since his return, Rische and his teammates have only secured one win at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024: European RMR B tournament, along with a silver medal at the ESL Challenger at DreamHack Atlanta 2024 and a bronze medal at the Skyesports Masters 2024.
