Viktor "Staehr" Staehr is a Danish esports player with extensive experience in Counter-Strike. He entered the professional scene in 2020. At the beginning of his career, he played for several lesser-known teams, winning a bronze medal at King of Nordic - Season 17: Week #2 and securing a championship title at ESEA Cash Cup: Europe - Winter 2020 #1.
In all his matches, Viktor demonstrated a unique playstyle and impressive reaction speed, which quickly made him known to the community. Soon, he caught the attention of Quantum Bellator Fire and signed a contract with them in January 2021. However, his time with the team was not particularly successful. Over six months, Staehr managed to win only a gold medal at Esportal Grand Finals: Open Qualifier #2 and a bronze medal at Fragleague Season 6: Danish Division.
In July 2021, Viktor signed with Ex-Quantum Bellator Fire, where he spent a month and helped the team win gold at Pelaajat.com Series Fall 2021: Open Qualifier #1 and silver at Elisa Invitational Fall 2021: Danish Qualifier.
After that, in August 2021, the esports player joined OPAA Gaming, where he continued to expand his list of achievements. With his new lineup, he won championships at Esportal Anker Tournament: Open Qualifier #1, Esportal Anker Tournament, and Dust2.dk Ligaen Season 18. He also secured silver medals at William Hill Cup: Closed Qualifier and Dust2.dk Ligaen Season 18: Regular Season, as well as a 1-2 finish at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: European Open Qualifier #4.
At the beginning of 2022, Viktor "Staehr" Staehr transferred to Sprout, where he played until the summer of 2023. During this period, he won several tournaments. Among his most notable victories were gold medals at ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022, ESL Challenger at DreamHack Valencia 2022: European Qualifier, IEM Road to Rio 2022: European RMR - Open Qualifier #1, as well as a 1-2 finish at ESL Challenger at DreamHack Valencia 2022: European Open Qualifier #1 and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022: European Open Qualifier #1.
In July 2023, Viktor Staehr joined Astralis, where he remains to this day. With the team, he won gold at Copenhagen Gaming Week 2024 and RES Showdown Spring 2025 and earned bronze medals at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: European Qualifier B and PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025. Additionally, during his time with Astralis, he was ranked in the TOP-20 best esports players by HLTV.
