Lucas "lux" Meneghini is a well-known Brazilian esports player competing in Counter-Strike 2. Throughout the year, he participated in numerous tournaments in the South American region, playing over 420 matches and earning nearly $100,000 in prize money.
Lucas began his professional career in June 2020. His first team was UNIFEI Blue Rabbits, but he did not achieve notable results there. Afterwards, he played unsuccessfully for Soberano Power and several lesser-known mixes. With one of these (Ex-Paquetá Gaming), he won his first awards: silver medals at Gamers Club Liga Profissional: February 2021 and Gamers Club Liga Série A: March 2021.
In April 2021, Lucas signed with DETONA Gaming, where he performed well and helped the team win several awards. Notable achievements include 5-8th place at CBCS Elite League Season 2, as well as runner-up finishes at BGS Esports 2021 and Circuito Good Game WP 2021.
Later, he moved to Cruzeiro Esports, playing from January to May 2022. During this period, he earned more awards, including championship at ESEA Cash Cup: South America - Winter 2022 #3 and silver at ESEA Cash Cup: South America - Spring 2022 #1.
From May to June 2022, Lucas played for B4 Esports, winning gold at Gamers Club Liga Série A: May 2022. His performance caught the attention of Brazilian team Fluxo, which signed him in August 2022. Soon, he helped Fluxo win multiple tournaments: CCT Season 1 South America Series #1, #2, KaBuM! Challenge Especial Gaules #2, BLAST Premier: Fall American Showdown 2022, CCT Season 1 South America Series #3, plus 7-8th and 5-6th place finishes at BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022 and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022 respectively.
At the end of 2022, Lucas left Fluxo and played for various teams. With Arctic eSports, he won gold at CCT Season 1 South America Series #6.
In August 2023, he joined paiN Gaming, where he claimed gold at multiple tournaments: CCT Season 1 South America Series #11, Game Arena Cup 2023, Global Esports Tour Rio de Janeiro 2024, RES Latin American Series #4, CCT Season 2 South American Series #1 and #2, and ESL Challenger League Season 48: South America. Also silver medals at CCT Season 1 South America Series #10, CCT Season 1 Online Finals #4, Regional Clash Arena South America. The team took 4th at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #2, 9-11th at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024, 7-8th at Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2024, and 12-14th at Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024.
In January 2025, Lucas signed with Legacy, where he currently plays. With Legacy, he won silver at Frost and Fire South America, bronze at ESL Challenger League Season 49: North America, gold at Thunderpick World Championship 2025: North American Series #1, and placed 12-14th and 13-16th at PGL Bucharest 2025 and Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2025 respectively.
