Kayke “kye” Bertolucci, despite being only 20 years old, is a quite experienced esports player representing Brazil on the competitive Counter-Strike 2 scene. Over his 5-year professional career, he has participated in more than 100 tournaments, played around 250 matches, and earned $25,000 in prize money.
Kayke’s professional journey began in June 2020, when he joined the team SuperNova. However, he was unable to achieve notable results there, as well as with his next team — Royal Republic. Bertolucci’s first successes came only in November, when he joined SWS Gaming and won gold at MN Games 2020.
After that, there was another quiet period. He played for the team until the end of 2020 but did not win any further awards. The same situation repeated in 2021 when Kayke represented FREQUENCY Team, Tropa do Inguiça, Keyd Stars, and MEGAZORD one after another. He broke this losing streak only in November 2021, when he transferred to Liberty. With this roster, the Brazilian took silver at CBCS Masters 2021, finished 4th at CBCS Finals 2021, and became champion of The IQ Option Latin American Cup 2021.
In May 2022, Kayke returned to MEGAZORD, and this second stint proved more successful. With the team, he earned silver at ESEA Cash Cup: South America - Spring 2022 #6, bronze at RedZone PRO League 2022: Lite Edition, and placed 3rd-4th at CLUTCH Season 4.
From September to December 2022, Kayke played for paiN Gaming Academy. With the youth squad, he won RedZone PRO League 2022 Season 6 and Gamers Club Liga Série A: November 2022 tournaments, but never got promoted to the main roster. Consequently, he ended his partnership with the organization and moved to FURIA Academy in early 2023. With this lineup, he became runner-up at EPL World Series: Americas Season 2, placed 3rd-4th at CCT Season 1 South America Series #6, 1XPLORE LATAM #1, and CBCS 2023 Season 1, and won championships at RedZone PRO League 2023 Season 1, FiReLEAGUE Academy 2023, and RedZone PRO League 2023 Season 2. In April 2024, Kayke was promoted to the main team and helped it place 5th-6th at Global Esports Tour Rio de Janeiro 2024, 17th-20th at ESL Pro League Season 19, 3rd-4th at YaLLa Compass 2024, and take silver at CCT Season 2 European Series #4.
However, in June, Kayke parted ways with the team, tried his luck in several lesser-known mixes, and then in August 2024 joined Fluxo. With this organization, the Brazilian won gold at CCT Season 2 South American Series #3, 4, 5, and 8, DBE 2024, and ESL Challenger League Season 49: South America, as well as placed 31st-32nd at BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. Currently, Kayke “kye” Bertolucci continues to compete for Fluxo, helping the team reach new heights.
