Milan “hypex” Polowiec is a professional esports player from Poland. He began competing on the Counter-Strike pro scene back in 2020. In the early stages of his career, he played unsuccessfully for several local mix teams, without securing any notable achievements. In September 2021, he joined R1SE Esport and won a bronze medal at the Polish Esport Cup Autumn 2021, finishing in 3rd place.
In December, Milan signed with MCE, where he played until April 2022. During this period, he earned silver at SCL Season 3: Intermediate Division, placed 3rd–4th at SCL Season 2: Public Division, and finished 5th–6th at Polska Liga Esportowa 2022: Pretendentów Cup #1.
From February to April 2023, Milan “hypex” Polowiec played for several lesser-known teams. With one of them, he earned bronze at United21 Season 1, and later secured gold at United21 Season 2 with Oldboys. He then joined QMISTRY, where he stayed until November. His best achievement there was a bronze medal at Blu Game Show 2023.
Between January and March 2024, Milan played for ThunderFlash without major success, and in April he moved to 9INE Academy. With this team, he took 3rd–4th place at Prodigy Series #2 and 5th–6th at Polska Liga Esportowa 2024: Split #1.
In November 2024, Milan “hypex” Polowiec signed with Betclic Apogee Esports, where he currently plays. With the new roster, he won silver at both the Chicken.GG Cup and the Skin.Club Christmas Cup 2024, and placed 5th–8th at CCT Season 2 European Series #20 and 9th–11th at PGL Bucharest 2025.
