Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli is a professional esports player who has been competing in Counter-Strike since 2015. Initially, he played for lesser-known mix teams and organizations, where he struggled to make a significant impact or win awards. His first notable successes came after joining Nordavind, with which he won gold at Telenorligaen - Fall 2017, as well as silver at Telenorligaen - Fall 2018, Telialigaen - Spring 2019, and Telialigaen - Fall 2019. Additionally, as part of this team, he earned bronze at UCC Summer Smash and NEST Pro Series 2019: Europe, and secured a championship title at ESEA Season 32: Advanced Division - Europe.
While playing for Nordavind, Fjærli became one of the team's best players, which caught the attention of Dignitas. He joined the new team in February 2020 and quickly helped them reach 7-8th place at BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 European Showdown. Other notable achievements followed, including silver medals at Eden Arena: Malta Vibes - Week 6, Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 1, and ALL IN Series, as well as a bronze medal at Funspark ULTI 2021: European Playoffs #2. Furthermore, he repeatedly earned podium finishes in several other tournaments.
In August 2022, Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli received an offer to join Complexity and accepted it. He quickly made an impact, helping the team achieve 10-12th and 9-12th place at BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022 and ESL Pro League Season 16, respectively, while also securing gold at ESEA Cash Cup: North America - Autumn 2022 #4 and ESEA Cash Cup: North America - Autumn 2022 #5.
The period from 2023 to 2024 proved to be equally successful for Fjærli. Alongside his team, he secured several notable awards across various tournaments. Some of the highlights include 7-9th place at BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2023, 7-8th at Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2023, 9-12th at ESL Pro League Season 18, silver at Intel Extreme Masters Sydney 2023, and championships at Thunderpick World Championship 2023: North American Series #2, BLAST Premier: Fall American Showdown 2023, and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Summer 2024.
As of April 2025, Håkon “hallzerk” Fjærli continues to play for Complexity, representing the main roster. Since the start of the year, he has helped the team secure 4th place at PGL Bucharest 2025, 21-24th at Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2025, and 12-14th at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025, contributing to the organization’s prize pool of over $75,000.
