Shahar Shushan has been playing CS professionally since 2018, when he joined the exDT team in the spring and immediately reached the final stages of the Game In Mako Fest 2018 and ESEA Season 27: Intermediate Division - Europe tournaments. A year later, he moved to Finest, where he won the Balkan Legends Season 2.
He then transferred to Adaptation, but during his time with this team, flameZ did not stand out and did not win any significant titles. In the fall of 2020, he joined Endpoint, where he quickly found success, winning the ESEA Season 35: Premier Division - Europe in the first few months.
In April 2022, Shahar Shushan moved to OG, where he became the champion of Spring Sweet Spring #2 and secured a silver medal at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Summer.
In August 2023, flameZ joined his current team, Vitality. With his new team, he claimed first place at Gamers8 2023, BLAST Premier: Fall Final 2023, BLAST Premier: World Final 2023, and Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2024, as well as securing second place at ESL Pro League Season 19.
