Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg is a Swedish esports player who represented the discipline of Counter-Strike. On the pro scene, he played over 1100 matches across various tournaments, which allowed him to earn impressive prize money exceeding $530,000.

The player began his professional career at the end of 2003 but did not achieve notable success initially. His first results came only in 2005, when, as part of Embrace Gaming, he won silver at the Optinack tournament, and later secured a championship title with Begrip Gaming at the WEG 2005 S02 tournament.

In early 2006, Lindberg signed with the team Fnatic, where he significantly expanded his list of achievements. While in this team, he won gold at Counter-Strike Champions League Season 3, 2006 CPL Singapore, CPL Winter 2006, GameGune 2007, WEG e-Stars 2007, NGL-One Season III - Finals, IEM II Global Challenge Los Angeles, NGL-One Season IV - Finals, IEM III Global Challenge Montreal, Intel Extreme Masters III, World Esports Masters 2009, Komplett Gamer Challenge #2. Additionally, Patrick was a runner-up at ESWC 2006, NGL-One Season I - Finals, EPS Scandinavia Season I Finals, World Cyber Games 2009, Intel Extreme Masters IV, and MSI Beat IT! 2010, among other prize-winning placements.

His cooperation with Fnatic lasted until January 2011, after which he joined SK Gaming. With the new team, the player won championships at DreamHack Summer 2011, GameGune 2011, IEM VI Global Challenge New York, ESWC 2011 - Counter-Strike 1.6, 3rd Generation Intel Core Challenge by IO, and was repeatedly a runner-up in other tournaments.

In August 2012, Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg signed with Ninjas in Pyjamas, where he played until December 2019. After leaving the team, the player joined Dignitas in February 2020. With the new roster, he achieved 7-8th place at BLAST Premier: Spring 2020 European Showdown and Flashpoint Season 2, 2nd place at Eden Arena: Malta Vibes - Week 6, Funspark ULTI 2021: Europe Season 1 and ALL IN Series, and won bronze medals at Funspark ULTI 2021: European Playoffs #2.

In April 2022, Patrick left the team and played for Fnatic and several other teams until October 2023. With them, he won bronze at Kinguin Legends #1 and Svenska Cupen 2022, and silver at SteelSeries CS2 Invitational. After all these achievements, Patrick “f0rest” Lindberg announced he was tired of esports and decided to retire, which he declared at the beginning of 2024.
