Paweł "dycha" Dycha began competing on the Counter-Strike pro scene in 2017 when he joined the ESEA — Rank S team. He spent nearly a year there, winning several minor tournaments. After that, he played for various mix teams but did not achieve significant results.
Despite this, Paweł showed a solid level of play, which earned him an invitation from Kinguin in 2019, signing a trial contract with the team. However, things did not go well for him in that lineup, and within a month, he moved to devils.one. With his new team, Dycha became the champion of the LOTTO Puchar Zdobywców Pucharów 2019 tournament, after which he joined Aristocracy, where he won gold at ESL Mistrzostwa Polski - Spring 2019 and reached the semifinals of Games Clash Masters 2019.
In January 2020, Paweł joined Sprout, winning gold at ESL Meisterschaft: Spring 2020 and ESEA Season 34: Premier Division - Europe, as well as becoming the champion of DreamHack Open Fall 2020: Closed Qualifier and a bronze medalist at Intel Extreme Masters XV - Beijing Online: European Qualifier.
From February 2021 to May 2024, Paweł "dycha" Dycha was a member of ENCE. During this time, he won gold at tournaments such as Pelaajat.com Series Showoff: Spring 2021, Fantasyexpo EU Champions: Spring 2022, BLAST Premier: Spring European Showdown 2022, and Intel Extreme Masters Dallas 2023. He also took silver at ESL Challenger Katowice 2023 and Intel Extreme Masters Cologne 2023, along with a 1-8 finish at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: European Qualifier.
In July 2024, Paweł Dycha joined Monte, where he continues to compete. With this team, he placed 1-4 at ESL Challenger at DreamHack Atlanta 2024: European Open Qualifier, won bronze at ESL Challenger at DreamHack Atlanta 2024: European Qualifier, earned silver at A1 Gaming League Season 9 and CCT Season 2 European Series #16, and secured a championship title at ESL Challenger Katowice 2024: Polish Open Qualifier.
