Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen is an esports player with Danish citizenship who rightfully can be considered a legend in the field of Counter-Strike. He has been active on the pro scene for over 10 years. During this time, he participated in various major tournaments, including majors, where he repeatedly won and took prize places. This allowed him to earn significant prize money exceeding 2 million dollars.
Peter began his career back in 2012. In August, he started working with the team 3DMAX, where he managed to win his first awards. This includes the championship title at the Go4CS:GO Europe Cup #8. However, this success was the only one, and Rasmussen’s paths with the team parted by mutual agreement in December 2012.
At the beginning of 2013, the esports player continued to seek his place in the Copenhagen Wolves roster. As time showed, the decision to collaborate with this team was correct. Together with the five-man lineup, he managed to win several titles. Initially, he became the silver medalist at the HKLAN 2013 tournament, won gold at The Blast 2013 and ESL Major Series One - Summer 2013: Cup #1, then also became the champion of GDK Season 7 and NetParty Fyn #14, as well as took 3-4 and 5-8 places that awarded prizes at ESL Major Series One - Fall 2013 and DreamHack Winter 2013 respectively.
Between January 2014 and January 2015, Peter worked with the Dignitas team. During this period, he significantly expanded his achievements. This includes victories at Fragbite Masters Season 2, Gfinity Pro League Season 1, and Team Dignitas CS:GO SCAN Invitational, runner-up position at FACEIT League Spring 2014, and 3-4 places at Gfinity G3 and ESL One: Cologne 2014. At these tournaments, the player showed excellent skills, which attracted the attention of the TSM organization, where Rasmussen joined at the beginning of 2015.
At the new team, the player immediately demonstrated all his potential. He helped the team win gold at 99Damage Masters #1, PGL CS:GO Championship Series Kick-off Season: Regular Season, PGL CS:GO Championship Series Kick-Off Season, FACEIT League 2015 Stage I Finals, Fragbite Masters Season 4, FACEIT 2015 Stage 2 Finals, Game Show CS:GO League Season 2, Counter Pit League, as well as silver at ESL ESEA Pro League Invitational and Intel Extreme Masters X - San Jose.
After that, Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen was signed by Astralis, where he played from January 2016 to November 2021. During this period, he won gold medals at Esports Championship Series Season 2 - Finals, ELEAGUE Major Atlanta 2017, ELEAGUE Clash for Cash: The Rematch, ELEAGUE Premier 2018, FACEIT Major: London 2018, Intel Grand Slam Season 1, Intel Extreme Masters XIII - Katowice Major 2019, StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, and BLAST Pro Series: Global Final 2019.
In February 2022, the esports player accepted an invitation from the team Vitality, with which he also achieved certain successes. These include 1-3 places at BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2022 and BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2023, silver medals at BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022 and BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023, as well as championship titles at ESL Pro League Season 16, Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2023, and BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023.
After these achievements, Peter left the team and in January 2024 signed a contract with Preasy Esport, but did not reach significant successes except for victories at European Pro League Season 13 and European Pro League Season 14. Despite this, in April he was invited to Falcons, with whom he managed to take 3-4 place at BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #1, as well as win silver and gold at ESL Challenger at DreamHack Summer 2024 and BLAST Premier: Fall Showdown 2024 respectively. This team became the last for the player so far. After leaving Falcons in November 2024, Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen decided to pause his career and currently is not part of any professional team in the discipline Counter-Strike 2.
