André "drop" Abreu is an experienced professional Counter-Strike 2 player. He began his career in late 2019, joining Itakera Gaming in October. With this team, he achieved his first successes, winning Gamers Club Liga Profissional: October 2019 and securing a 1st-2nd place finish in the ESL Brasil Premier League Season 11 open qualifier.
Following this, he received an offer from Soberano Team and made the move in November 2021. However, he stayed with the team for only a month and a half without achieving significant results. As a result, André took a break from the competitive scene but returned in March 2020, joining FURIA Academy. During his time there, he placed 3rd-4th at Aorus League 2020 Season 1: Brazil, 1st-2nd at Aorus League 2021 Season 1: Brazil Open Qualifier, and won Logitech G Challenge 2020 - Brazil, WESG 2021 Latin America: Brazil - Last Chance Qualifier, and RedZone PRO League 2021 Season 3. Additionally, he earned silver at Gamers Club Liga Série B: May 2021 and bronze at Gamers Club Liga Série A: June 2021.
André's strong performances in the academy led to his promotion to FURIA's main roster in September 2021, marking a new and successful chapter in his career. With the main squad, he became a champion at Regional Major Rankings 2021: North America, Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: North America, PGL Major Antwerp 2022: American RMR, and BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023: American RMR. He also secured runner-up finishes at Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Winter: North American Qualifier, ESL Challenger #48, and BLAST Premier: Spring American Showdown 2022. Additionally, he placed 3rd-4th at Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022.
André "drop" Abreu remained with FURIA until July 2023, when he transferred to MIBR. Adjusting to his new team took some time, but he quickly regained his form and helped MIBR secure multiple titles. His most notable achievements with the team include winning XL Games 2023, ESL Challenger at DreamHack Winter 2023: South American Qualifier, Boom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #1: South American Qualifier, and ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2024.
During his time with MIBR, André also achieved 1st-2nd place at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024: South American Qualifier and Esports World Cup 2024: South American Open Qualifier. Additionally, he earned silver medals at CCT Season 1 Online Finals #3, Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2024: South American Qualifier, CCT Season 2 South American Series #2, ESL Challenger League Season 48: South America, and Ace South American Masters Spring 2025. He also took bronze at Global Esports Tour Rio de Janeiro 2024 and Intel Extreme Masters Rio 2024: South American Qualifier.
In March 2025, André "drop" Abreu left MIBR and joined RED Canids, where he currently competes.
