Bugra “Calyx” Arkin is a professional esports player from Turkey competing in Counter-Strike. His career began in 2016, and since then he has played over 700 matches for various teams.
Calyx began his professional journey with Death Trap e-Sports, with whom he won the GameAgents Balkan Challenge #1. In July 2017, he joined Dark Passage and earned several notable results including bronze at WESG 2016 Middle East & Africa Finals and FACEIT Pro League - Europe: December 2016, silver at Balkan Pro League 2016 and Multiplayer Türkiye Ligi, 5-8th place at the World Electronic Sports Games 2016, and championships at QuickShot Arena #27, 28, 29, and 30.
From February 2017 to January 2019, Bugra played for Space Soldiers. With this team, he won numerous trophies including bronze at WESG 2017 Europe Finals, silver at ESEA Season 26: Global Challenge, Play2Live Cryptomasters, and WESG 2017, as well as championship titles at Binary Dragons Polygon Cup, GeForce Cup 2017, ESEA Season 25: Global Challenge, Europe Minor Championship - Boston 2018, and DreamHack Open Austin 2018.
After this successful run, he joined several lesser-known teams without significant results until signing with Team Envy in May 2019. There, he claimed a gold medal at FACEIT Pro League - North America: April 2020 Week 1 and placed 7-8th at Flashpoint Season 2.
In August 2021, Bugra joined Eternal Fire, where he earned silver medals at REPUBLEAGUE Season 2, Pinnacle Cup IV, CCT Season 1 South Europe Series #4, PARI, Please, ESL Challenger at DreamHack Winter 2023, BetBoom Dacha Belgrade 2024 #2, and ESL Pro League Season 20. He also won the CCT Season 1 Global Finals.
In November 2024, he left the team and joined Sangal Esports in February 2025. With the new roster, he played only a few tournaments without notable results. In March 2025, Bugra “Calyx” Arkin left the organization and, as of April 2025, is searching for a new team.
