Paweł “byali” Bieliński is a Polish Counter-Strike player who made a significant contribution to the development of esports in his home country. He began competing on the pro scene in this discipline in February 2013, initially playing for various mix teams. Although he didn't achieve much success with them, this didn’t stop him from joining Universal Soldiers at the end of 2013, where he earned his first accolades. These included a silver medal at the TECHLABS Cup 2013 Finals and a 3rd-4th place finish at the ESL Major Series One - Fall 2013.

In February 2014, he was invited to join Virtus.pro and signed a contract with them. He represented this organization until September 2018. During this long tenure, he managed to win dozens of titles. Notable among them were victories at ESL Major Series One Katowice 2014, FACEIT League Spring 2014, Gfinity G3, Copenhagen Games 2015, ESEA Season 18: Global Invite Division, CEVO Season 7 Professional, ESL ESEA Pro League Invitational, CEVO Season 8 Professional, StarLadder i-League Invitational #1, ELEAGUE Season 1, DreamHack Open Bucharest 2016, DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017, and Adrenaline Cyber League 2017. Additionally, he earned silver medals at EPICENTER 2016, ELEAGUE Major Atlanta 2017, EPICENTER 2017, StarLadder i-League Invitational #2, V4 Future Sports Festival - Budapest 2018, and CS:GO Asia Championships 2018, as well as a bronze medal at World Electronic Sports Games 2016.

Byali left Virtus.pro in September 2018 and joined MIKSTURA in October. With this lineup, he secured silver at Polska Liga Esportowa S4 Grupa Mistrzowska and gold in the group stage of the same season. In February 2019, he received an invitation to rejoin Virtus.pro, which he accepted without hesitation. However, the comeback didn’t go as planned, and by May, the team failed to achieve meaningful results. As a result, he transferred to adwokacik and continued playing for several lesser-known teams until May 2020, though without significant victories.

He then joined AVEZ, with whom he won silver at ESL Mistrzostwa Polski - Spring 2020 and Eden Arena: Malta Vibes - Week 7. In early 2021, Paweł joined Styldunow, but failed to make a strong impression. In May of the same year, he moved to Izako Boars, where he won gold at Polska Liga Esportowa 2021: Superpuchar.

In February 2022, he played for several mix teams before signing with Ungentium. His time there didn’t yield major results, aside from a bronze finish at ESEA Season 41: Advanced Division - Europe.

In November 2022, Paweł joined Illuminar Gaming, where he placed 3rd-4th at the European Development Championship Season 6, and later moved to Let Us Cook, achieving another 3rd-4th place at CCT Season 1 North Europe Series #4. These marked his last successes in professional play. From August 2023 to October 2024, he unsuccessfully tried his luck with various lesser-known teams, before announcing his retirement from professional Counter-Strike.
