Vyacheslav “buster” Leontiev is a popular Russian streamer. From an early age, Slava dreamed of becoming a professional esports player, and he even managed to achieve some success in this field.

His passion for gaming came from his older brother. He watched his brother play Counter-Strike and Dota and wanted to play just like him. At the age of 11, Buster came across an episode of the show Namedni, which talked about Russian players traveling to a major tournament. In the end, they won a $10,000 prize. At that moment, Leontiev finally decided that he wanted to become an esports player. He spent hours playing Counter-Strike and soon started participating in local city tournaments, but he never managed to win any prizes. Because of this, Vyacheslav decided to switch focus, and when the shooter Fortnite was released, he chose to master it to advance in the pro scene.

Eventually, Buster became a professional player. For a time, he played for Virtus.pro and Monolith Gaming, performing quite well. The largest tournament prize he won was 140,000 rubles. However, he never made it to the tier-1 scene due to a major obstacle—health issues. Slava began suffering from migraines, which led to vision problems. As a result, he decided to leave professional esports since he could no longer dedicate enough time to training. However, he couldn’t completely step away from gaming and soon turned to content creation.

In 2019, he hosted his first stream after retiring from professional play. Thanks to his engaging communication style during live broadcasts, he quickly gained popularity among users and built a large audience. Soon, streaming became a stable source of income for Vyacheslav. Currently, Buster has over 4 million followers on Twitch, where he continues to stream gaming content. He also occasionally streams his casino gameplay and collaborates with other streamers.
