Alexander “br0” Bro (born May 4, 2002) is a Danish professional CS2 player known mainly as a rifler who often plays lurker-style positions. His early career included short stints such as a trial with ImmuNe starting January 18, 2019, then&nbsp;<a href="/teams/falcons" target="_self">Falcons Esports</a>&nbsp;from May 19 to November 19, 2021, and Tikitakan in early 2022.A big step came on December 22, 2022, when br0 joined Astralis Talent. On July 12, 2023, he moved to&nbsp;<a href="/teams/monte" target="_self">Monte</a>, which put him into more international events. With Monte, he attended IEM Cologne 2023 (July 26–August 6, 2023), one of the biggest annual LAN tournaments with a $1,000,000 prize pool.Monte’s clearest result with br0 was ESL Challenger Atlanta 2023 (December 15–17, 2023), where Monte finished 3rd–4th and earned $10,000. Soon after, Astralis brought him to the main roster on February 29, 2024. His first major test there was IEM Chengdu 2024 (April 8–14, 2024). Astralis reached the semifinals, and on April 13, 2024 they lost 1–2 to&nbsp;<a href="/teams/faze" target="_self">FaZe</a>&nbsp;(Nuke 10–13, Ancient 13–5, Inferno 7–13). Even in that loss, br0 had a memorable moment: a 1v4 clutch on Ancient, plus a strong 18–11 performance on the map&nbsp;<a href="/teams/astralis" target="_self">Astralis</a>&nbsp;won.Next, at ESL Pro League Season 19 (April 23–May 12, 2024), Astralis again reached the semi-finals. They were eliminated by&nbsp;<a href="/teams/vitality" target="_self">Vitality</a>&nbsp;2–1 (Mirage 13–9, Vertigo 13–16, Inferno 8–13) and finished 3rd–4th.On September 17, 2024, Astralis signed&nbsp;<a href="/players/cadian" target="_self">cadiaN</a>&nbsp;and replaced br0 on the active roster. After that, an ESIC investigation related to an emergency substitution involving br0 began on September 25, 2024, with findings published November 27, 2024. Astralis later confirmed br0’s contract was mutually terminated on December 9, 2024, and he became a free agent. On January 13, 2025, he joined&nbsp;<a href="/teams/nrg" target="_self">NRG</a>, starting a new chapter in North America.
