Andre Gil is a professional Counter-Strike player who began his career in September 2019. Until December 2020, Ag1l played for various lesser-known teams and participated in online tournaments, though he did not achieve significant results. His only notable success during this time was winning the Famalicão Extreme Gaming 2020 online tournament.

Despite this, Andre's strong performances caught the attention of Rhyno Esports, with whom he signed a full contract in February 2021. As a member of his new team, Gil achieved 1st-4th place in both the Master League Portugal Season 7: Open Qualifier #1 and the Circuito Retake Season 2: Closed Qualifier. He also won Liga Sigma and earned silver medals at Circuito Retake Season 2.

In September 2021, Gil joined eXploit Esports, where he earned silver and gold at the Circuito Retake Finals 2021 and NumberOne Season 2: Legend Stage 4, in addition to finishing 1st-4th at the NumberOne Season 2: Legend Stage 4 - Open Qualifier.

Between April 2022 and March 2024, Andre played for For The Win Esports, significantly expanding his trophy collection. Notably, he won gold at ESL Masters España Season 11: Open Qualifier #1, Master League Portugal Season 9, Circuito Retake Season 4: Take #2, RES Western European Masters: Spring 2023 - Open Qualifier #1, Circuito Retake Season 7: Take #2, Master League Portugal Season 12: Online Stage, and Master League Portugal Season 13.

Afterward, Ag1l participated in the IESF World Esports Championship 2024: West European Qualifier as part of the Portuguese national esports team, where they finished in 5th-6th place. From July to October 2024, he returned to Rhyno Esports, winning gold at Circuito Retake Season 9: Take #1, along with silver and bronze medals at Master League Portugal Season 14 and Master League Portugal Season 14: Closed Qualifier, respectively.

Currently, Andre Gil represents Team SAW, where he plays as a sniper. He has participated in the ESL Challenger League Season 48: Europe tournament, finishing in 4th place.
