João “naitte” Maia — a professional esports player from Brazil, competing on the Counter-Strike scene. His esports journey has lasted for over 8 years. During this time, he has taken part in more than 150 professional tournaments, played over 500 matches, and earned more than $26,000 in prize money.

He began his CS career in March 2017, joining DreamWorse Gaming. After two tournaments without notable results, he decided to step back into inactivity. Maia returned a year later, first representing Team Innova without much success, then moving to Rão E-SPORTS, where he earned his first medals — gold at GGCON 18.

Later, João signed with 2K Team, playing for them in February 2020, but again failed to achieve major results. This led to another break until July of the same year, when he was picked up by ESports Recife, winning ESEA Season 34: Open Division - Brazil. However, by December he had parted ways with the roster and moved to Severe Esports, where he was unable to make a breakthrough.

In April 2021, Maia joined Ceará eSports, but over half a year passed without significant achievements. From October to December 2021, he represented Ex-Ceará eSports, winning the Nissei Arena Cup 2021.

In January 2022, he signed with Elevate, but quickly moved on to UNO MILLE in February. With this team, he claimed gold at the CBCS Retake Series 2022, silver at the Aorus League Invitational 2022, and several podium finishes at minor events.

In June 2022, he received an invitation from ODDIK, the team with which he earned the biggest achievements of his career. With them, he secured bronze at CCT Season 1 South America Series #1, EPL World Series: Americas Season 3, CBCS Season 4, Regional Clash Arena South America, DBE 2024, silver at CBCS Elite League 2022 Season 1, CBCS Finals 2022, EPL World Series: Americas Season 7, EPL World Series: Americas Season 9, CCT Season 2 South American Series #3, #5, Thunderpick World Championship 2025: South American Series #2, Circuito FERJEE 2025, and multiple golds including CLUTCH Season 4, MEG 2022, CBCS Season 5, KaBuM!
