Lucas began his path to success in October 2018 as part of the team Snap Gaming. He took part in several qualifiers and tournaments with them but did not win any awards. The player’s first prize money came while playing for Reapers from March to July 2019. During that period, he placed 3rd-4th at ESL Brasil Premier League Season 8: Online Stage, 7th-8th at ESL LA League Season 4: Brazil, and won silver at ESEA Season 31: Open Division - Brazil.
