Freddy “krimz” Johansson entered the world of cybersport in 2012. His early career in Counter-Strike was far from successful, as he played for several little-known mix teams without achieving significant results. In the summer of 2013, the Swedish cyber athlete joined LGB eSports. With this team, he secured a 5-8th place finish at DreamHack Winter 2013, a 1-4th place at ESL Major Series One Katowice 2014, and became a finalist at the Svecup 2013 Grand Finals.

In June 2014, Freddy moved to Fnatic, where he went on to win ESL One: Katowice 2015, ESL One: Cologne 2015, and several other tournaments. However, in August 2016, krimz joined GODSENT but spent only a few months with the team, failing to make a significant impact. As a result, he returned to Fnatic in the fall, where he went on to win titles such as Intel Extreme Masters XII - World Championship, World Electronic Sports Games 2017, and DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019.

Currently, krimz continues to play for Fnatic. In addition to his team achievements, Freddy Johansson has also earned numerous personal accolades. In 2014, he ranked 9th in HLTV.org's list of the best players in the world. He made appearances on the list again in 2015, 2018, and 2019, finishing 7th, 9th, and 17th, respectively. Additionally, Johansson was named the MVP of the WEGS 2017 tournament.
